Q. Does Empower or Integrate interfere with initiatives already going on or corporate university programs?
A. No, because they are universal systems that enhance any internal program. It easily dovetails into ongoing management and employee development initiatives as well as corporate university offerings.
   
Q. How long does it take to see results?
A. Typically, we see results immediately and they continue to build over time.
   
Q. How do companies usually get started?
A. It varies depending on the situation. Usually the business relationship begins with coaching or kicking off an executive retreat. Larger companies set up pilot programs with 25-35 people participating in the Empower program.
   
Q. How do I know this is the real deal?
A. Since there are many inexperienced people posing as consultants it is sometimes difficult to know. Our solution is to offer a small commitment like a one day coaching meeting with an iron clad – “If you are not completely satisfied just let us know and we will immediately refund your money” guarantee. We could only do this if we are the real deal.
   
Q. How much do your services it cost?
A. There are many variables so it is best to have a short conversation and provide an accurate quote. That said, an on-site, one day coaching meeting including; upfront information gathering, post meeting follow up conference calls, and one-on-one email and phone conversation follow up is $5,000.
